The Shutter Factory is a Kerrville window covering business, run by Chuck and Sammie Downey. We got our start 25+ years ago out of our family garage. Now, after years of hard work and a number of location changes, we are the established and well-known business we are today.

Our company is family owned and operated from start to finish. We have no outside employees, so from measuring your windows to ordering your favorite products to installing your custom window coverings, we will be with you every step of the way.

Our showroom at 1412 Broadway is the perfect place to start your search for your new window coverings. We sell a variety of shutters, blinds, and shades that are all custom made to fit your windows.
